Jenny Giammanco

Jenny Giammanco is a freelance electric bassist known for her versatility, technical finger-style precision, and a "deep pocket" feel. With over a decade of experience across the musical theater and commercial music industries, Jenny has developed a reputation for a sound that is warm, well-rounded, and stylistically authentic. Her foundation is built on a love for Funk, R&B, Motown, Rock, and Pop.

Jenny has extensive experience in a variety of theatrical productions, ranging from developmental workshops to major national tours. Her credits include Jagged Little Pill (1st North American Tour), That Parenting Musical (Off-Broadway, Theatre Row NYC), An Officer and a Gentleman (National Tour), along with up and coming new musicals. She has also performed in large-scale tribute productions, including Dirty Dancing Live in Concert (2025 North American Tour) and The Life and Music of George Michael (2025 National Tour).

Jenny has played with a diverse roster of artists, including NEESAN, D’lourdes, Kevin Daniel, Billy Wylder, and Jack of Hearts. Notable venues include the NJPAC (2025), National Theatre DC(2025), Lincoln Center Summer Stage (2023) and other large scale venues across North America. She loves touring and is currently available!
